Dan Smoot has joined Riverbed as the company’s first Chief Customer Officer reporting to the CEO, Paul Mountford. The prime responsibility for Smoot will be to focus on the customer lifecycle strategy in order to drive long-term partnerships with both Riverbed customers and channel to deliver exceptional experiences and services.
