NVIDIA acquires Arm for $40 Billion
NVIDIA to acquire Arm Limited for $40 billion, on both companies reached a definitive agreement under which NVIDIA and SoftBank Group Corp. (SBG) Arm Limited from SBG and the SoftBank Vision Fund (together, “SoftBank”).
