Atos Group has announced the appointments of four senior executives to strengthen its executive team. These seasoned leaders will join the leadership management team and support the next phase of the Group’s fast-moving transformation plan to restore sustainable profitable growth, improve performance, and create long-term value for all stakeholders.

New leaders and their roles
Florin Rotar has been appointed EVP, Group Chief Technology Officer. With over twenty years of experience in AI and emerging technologies, he will support Atos’ ambition to become a global AI-driven technology partner. Prior to joining, Rotar spent 25 years at Avanade, where he held various leadership roles.
Florin Rotar is appointed EVP, Group Chief Technology Officer and will be part of the Group’s Leadership Team. In his new role as Group CTO, he will capitalize on his two decades of experience scaling AI & emerging technologies, his global perspective and industry influence to support the Group’s ambition to become a global AI-powered technology partner of choice delivering secure end-to-end digital journeys. Prior to joining, Rotar spent 25 years at Avanade, where he held various leadership roles.
Laurent Soulier is appointed EVP, Strategy and Operational Excellence and will be part of the Group’s Leadership Team.
Laurent Soulier joins as EVP, Strategy and Operational Excellence. He has ten years of experience in the public sector and has led digital transformation programs and merger and acquisition strategies at companies such as Adecco and Foncia/Emeria. He will focus on strengthening operational efficiency and profitable growth.
Pénélope de Fouquières is the new SVP of Communications. With twenty years of experience in corporate communications and brand development, she worked for international institutions such as the African Development Bank In Tunisia and later for the French healthcare organization ELSAN. Her expertise will strengthen Atos’ reputation and brand identity.
Camille le Provost has been appointed Head of M&A. As a specialist in mergers and acquisitions, she has experience with complex international transactions at financial institutions such as BNP Paribas and Rabobank. Le Provost’s appointment underscores Atos’ ambition to support its growth strategy with targeted acquisitions.
