Oracle Closes $30 Billion Cloud Deal With Undisclosed Customer

Oracle has signed a $30 billion cloud deal with an undisclosed customer, the company said in a filing with the U.S. securities watchdog SEC.

The deal represents nearly three times the revenue Oracle generated in 2025 and  is expected to add more than $30 billion annually starting in the fiscal 2028 year.

While Oracle did not name the customer, Guru Focus reports that it is G42, a United Arab Emirates (UAE)-based AI-optimized cloud data center provider. The new data centers will run on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
